Guess what! This bullshit comes designed to trap and
control you, so you had better resurrect yourself and live

Take care of yourself-first and foremost.
Love yourself totally and exude it outwardly, this will attract two types of people: those who think they want to "be" like you and those who appreciate you for yourself.
Associate only with people you like who will benefit you.
Learn to see the problems that develop inwardly and socially-adapt yourself to positively avoiding them through staying in the solution and flee from those who earned their doom-they will drag you into the morass if you don't.
